The ESW America Tech Center facility houses ESW Group’s engine and vehicle emissions testing, certification and verification “Air Testing Services” (ATS). ATS engineers and technicians offer a professional level of skill and competence and perform engine and vehicle emissions testing from R&D evaluations to full certification and verification testing. Our state-of-the-art emissions testing lab has successfully completed the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Environment Canada correlation programs and has the continuous support of various OE engine manufacturers. The ATS lab is recognized as capable of performing engine emissions verification test protocols by both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and incorporates eight dedicated engine and vehicle dynamometer test cells. ATS’s portfolio of services includes complete engine exhaust analysis.
ESW America’s Tech Center incorporates ESW Group’s complete research and development division which includes metal fabrication and assembly capabilities and catalyst prototyping capabilities. This department provides a wide range of services and enables the emissions engineers and technicians to work closely with its customers to develop innovative and cost effective solutions for their regulatory needs. In most cases the solution involves the application of ESW’s proprietary catalyst.
